Guilt free destruction of beautiful cities around the world! With an unique armory of insane explosive projectiles to choose from, destruction has never been so fun!
A destruction sandbox game set all over the world in exotic and interesting locations, full of things to blow up. Earn money from each demolished city to unlock and use varying bombs: from the standard high explosive projectile to the exotic science-fiction singularity bomb to bring down as much of the city as possible. Each level is designed to give the player a unique experience through the visual style and layout of the cities, as well as hiding secrets around them to boost their destructive capabilities. Use Aftershock mode in the final round to steer your projectile around the map and trigger additional explosions to max out the amount of damge caused.
Megaton: Total Destruction was started by three Computing & Games Development students from Plymouth University in October 2016. After finishing their degrees they decided to continue the game’s development, forming their own start-up company to turn their love for designing games into a career. It was released into Early Access on Steam a year later, in October 2017.
